The North Ambria State (ノーザンブリア自治州 Nōzamburia Jichishū) was a sovereign state north of Zemuria in the Trails Universe. It is the least developed country in Zemuria after the Salt Pale holocaust, due many of its citizens relocating throughout the continent for survival means and forming Jaeger Corps.

Geography[]
Located north of Erebonian Empire, the land is a frozen wasteland full of rough terrain with landscape beauty. After the holocaust, the harsh environment was difficult to measure with the land being intolerable to grow anything there because of the salinification.

Following Prince Balmunt's removal, the former principality's armed forces were reformed into a vigilante corps. The devastation of the Salt Pale and ensuing poverty led the majority of the corps to prioritize acquiring funds from foreign capitals in order to support the country. Thus, the Northern Jaegers were formed.

After the Northern calamity, the former principality's source of income came from the earning of its Jaeger Corps and exports of luxurious consumables, such as wine and tea, to more prosperous nations.
