Clem (クラム Kuramu) is an orphan living at the Mercia Orphanage near Ruan. He is first introduced in the Trails in the Sky trilogy.
Appearance[]
Clem is a young boy with ash red hair and blue eyes. He wears a white dress shirt and overalls with a cap.
Personality[]
Clem at first is a mischievous boy who loves pulling pranks and lies when he is confronted about his doings.
Later on after Mercia Orphanage was burned down, he became more mature. He started helping Matron Teresa with chores, such as chopping wood, and helping his friends more often. Clem can still be a bit of a prankster though.
Character Profile[]
The first meeting with Clem is him accidentally bumping into Estelle Bright, then quickly apologizing and running off in a hurry. After meeting Kloe Rinz, who was looking for Clem, it was made clear that he bumped into Estelle on purpose to steal her Bracer badge. This made Estelle and him clash heads for a while until his home, Mercia Orphanage, was burned down. It was rumored that a gang in Ruan, The Ravens, burned down the orphanage. This made Clem run off on his own and confront the gang which almost caused him to be badly beaten if it wasn't for Estelle Bright, Joshua Bright, Agate Crosner, and Kloe Rinz to come to his rescue. After being saved by the quartet, Clem started looking up to Estelle and being more wary of his actions.

- Clem was the only child NPC who got a character portrait until Trails In The Sky: SC
- While watching the Jenis Royal Academy play, Clem states he thinks Joshua is prettier than both Kloe and Estelle when dressed as a princess.
